We bend, flare, cap, and label tube assemblies made from zinc-aluminum coated steel tube. Your parts skip the plating vendor and go straight to assembly.
Built for OEM production: ¼″–¾″ steel tube, 2-piece prototype minimum, up to 10,000 tubes a month.

Why pre-plated tube
One less vendor between the bender and your line.
Bare steel tube has to be plated or coated after it's bent. Pre-plated tube is coated before it reaches us, so the finished part arrives protected.
