This supply relationship with OEM manufacturers in Texas has been active since 2005. Bending Dynamics took it over in 2025 and brought a sharper focus: Hardline hydraulic tubes, built to print, consistently, and fast.

The tooling, the process, and the people here are built around one thing: small-diameter hardline hydraulic tubing with JIC 37° flare ends. Currently serving the aerial work platform and prototype development industries.

JIC 37° flare, male and female configurations. Seat geometry is checked consistently across every part in the run.

Bending Complexity

Single-bend tubes to complex multi-plane geometry. If it's on the print, we build it. Straightforward jobs ship fast. Complex jobs get the same attention to detail.

Material & Finish

Seamless mild steel tubing with zinc-aluminum coating — chrome VI-free, corrosion resistant. Meets SAE J524, exceeds SAE J525.
