Rigid steel hydraulic tube assemblies with JIC 37° flared ends and installed nuts and sleeves, cut, bent, flared, capped, and labeled in one shop. 2-piece prototypes to 10,000 tubes a month.
What a JIC 37° tube assembly is
A JIC 37° tube assembly is a rigid hydraulic line with each end flared to a 37° cone. The flare seats against a matching JIC fitting, and a nut and sleeve on the tube clamp the joint together. It's the standard metal-to-metal tube connection on mobile and industrial hydraulic equipment.
Our flares are made to SAE J514. We supply and install the JIC nuts and sleeves, so parts arrive ready to connect. Using a proprietary fitting? Send the details and we'll look at installing yours.
How we build each part
- Cut to a length calculated from your bend geometry, not guessed.
- Deburr both ends so no chips get into your hydraulic system.
- Bend to your print, from single bends to multi-plane geometry.
- Install nuts and sleeves, then flare both ends to JIC 37°.
- Cap and label each part so it arrives clean and identifiable.
How each part is checked
Every part is checked before it ships:
- Flares measured with dial calipers.
- Bend angles checked with an angle finder.
- Segment lengths checked against your print.
Our standard tolerance is ±.030″ unless your print calls out something different.
Bend geometry
Single bends, offsets, U-bends, and compound multi-plane bends. If it's dimensioned on the print, we build to the print.
